Also, perhaps worth thinking about too, is reaching out to senior individuals vs middle management - think founders and then the rest of the team. Yes, founders, VPs, Directors are busy. And that's why most people usually don't reach out to them with quality. But, and big but, they are usually quite open to business/parternship/hiring opportunities that if they don't have time to hear you out, they will intro you to someone else in the organization.
