Finding a job is an incredibly challenging journey, especially in the high competitive tech world. In 2018, I sent out 80 applications and only received a handful of responses. I almost had my visa rejected. No one should ever have to go through that.

Having coached about 50 jobseekers via 1-on-1 video calls, I realized most people share almost the exact same challenges. Is there a more scalable and effective way to share my knowledge and advice to more people in need?
